WGSN, which presents forecasts of fashion trends, will close for HAMK on 8 September 2025. The user licence was not extended, as the use of the service would have become too expensive in relation to the benefits it would bring. Especially since the new restrictions coming to educational institutions in October would only allow us access to material older than 6 months. There are also restrictions on downloading content.
Together with the design education staff, we are trying to identify a suitable replacement for WGSN. Which trend service would you like to follow? Suggestions are more than welcome at kirjasto.aineistot@hamk.fi.
