Av de totalt 220 studerande som kontaktades svarade 70. Trots den relativt l\u00e5ga svarsprocenten gav resultaten en fingervisning om situationen i Svenskfinland f\u00f6r studerande som g\u00e5tt yrkesutbildning med kr\u00e4vande s\u00e4rskilt st\u00f6d. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em>V\u00e5r utg\u00e5ngspunkt var ett samh\u00e4lleligt inkluderingsperspektiv, som bl.a. innefattar r\u00e4tten till arbete och syssels\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r alla. Enligt grundlagen (\u00a7 18) har var och en r\u00e4tt att skaffa sig en f\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning genom arbete, yrke eller n\u00e4ring som hen valt fritt. \u00c4ven i internationella konventioner s\u00e5som FN:s konvention om r\u00e4ttigheter f\u00f6r personer med funktionsneds\u00e4ttning (2016) framkommer att personer med funktionsneds\u00e4ttning har r\u00e4tt till arbete p\u00e5 samma villkor som andra. Arbetet ska vara j\u00e4mlikt och samma likv\u00e4rdiga arbetsvillkor ska till\u00e4mpas p\u00e5 alla. Trots lagstadgade r\u00e4ttigheter och internationella \u00f6verenskommelser f\u00f6rverkligas inte r\u00e4tten till arbete f\u00f6r personer med intellektuell och annan d\u00e4rmed j\u00e4mf\u00f6rbar funktionsneds\u00e4ttning. Enligt Verneri (n\u00e4ttj\u00e4nst f\u00f6r personer med intellektuell funktionsneds\u00e4ttning) finns ca 30\u00a0000 arbetsf\u00f6ra personer med n\u00e5gon form av funktionsneds\u00e4ttning. Av dessa har endast en br\u00e5kdel (ca 2%) ett vanligt l\u00f6nearbete, dvs ett avl\u00f6nat arbete med samma arbetsvillkor som andra som jobbar med liknande uppgifter. Alla personer som vill och har m\u00f6jlighet att arbeta borde f\u00e5 ett arbete med l\u00f6n. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har FDUV tillsammans med Kehitysvammaliitto startat en kampanj f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka \u00e4ndra lagstiftningen kring arbetsverksamhet f\u00f6r att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra ett r\u00e4ttvist arbetsliv f\u00f6r personer med funktionsneds\u00e4ttning.<\/p>\n<p>Hur ser det d\u00e5 ut i Svenskfinland? Resultaten fr\u00e5n studien visar att \u00f6ver 80% av de tillfr\u00e5gade personerna har n\u00e5gon form av arbete eller syssels\u00e4ttning. Intressant att notera var att n\u00e4rmare 60% svarade att Optimas personal hj\u00e4lpt den att hitta arbetsplatsen. Majoriteten arbetar inom utlokaliserad arbetsverksamhet eller p\u00e5 arbetscentral. Utlokaliserad arbetsverksamhet inneb\u00e4r att personen arbetar p\u00e5 en vanlig arbetsplats, men \u00e4r inte anst\u00e4lld och f\u00e5r d\u00e4rmed varken l\u00f6n eller andra f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner. Verksamheten r\u00e4knas som socialv\u00e5rd och personen f\u00e5r en ers\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 fem euro per dag i genomsnitt. Att arbeta med olika k\u00f6ks- eller st\u00e4duppgifter verkar vara de vanligaste arbetsuppgifterna. De allra flesta trivs bra p\u00e5 sin arbetsplats. Det som var gl\u00e4djande i unders\u00f6kningen var den relativt stora andel respondenter som har ett vanligt l\u00f6nearbete (27%). K\u00f6ksarbete, lokalv\u00e5rd och fabriksarbete \u00e4r de vanligaste arbetena. Andelen personer med vanligt arbete \u00e4r h\u00f6g i nationell j\u00e4mf\u00f6relse, men siffrorna \u00e4r inte helt j\u00e4mf\u00f6rbara. Det finns sannolikt m\u00e5nga f\u00f6rklaringar till varf\u00f6r s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga personer som f\u00e5tt yrkesutbildning med kr\u00e4vande s\u00e4rskilt st\u00f6d lyckats f\u00e5 en plats p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden. M\u00f6jliga f\u00f6rklaringar kan vara att syssels\u00e4ttningsl\u00e4get i Optimas fr\u00e4msta upptagningsomr\u00e5de \u00e4r gott, att Optima tack vare sina arbetslivskontakter lyckas hitta arbetsplatser och att Optimas yrkesutbildning \u00e4ven antar studerande som trots att de inte har en funktionsneds\u00e4ttning har beh\u00f6vt kr\u00e4vande s\u00e4rskilt st\u00f6d av andra orsaker.<\/p>\n<p>Trots att situationen f\u00f6r personer som g\u00e5tt yrkesutbildning med kr\u00e4vande s\u00e4rskilt st\u00f6d \u00e4r relativt god ska vi naturligtvis inte luta oss tillbaka och n\u00f6ja oss med dessa resultat. Det beh\u00f6vs \u00e5tg\u00e4rder i lagstiftning, utbildning, arbetsmarknad och inte minst attitydf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar innan vi kan p\u00e5st\u00e5 att vi har ett inkluderande och j\u00e4mlikt samh\u00e4lle d\u00e4r alla personer, oberoende av funktionsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga har ett likv\u00e4rdigt l\u00f6nearbete.
