At the moment, studifying is not especially somebody\u2019s responsibility. The head of the degree programme makes the official decisions about the recognition of prior learning, credit transfers and so on. Study counselor has a role in preparing the decisions and discussing with students. Teachers are involved especially in skills demonstrations.<\/p>\n
While proceeding with pilot cases we have noticed that there is a need for more clear structure and responsibilities. Not all teachers have to be involved, but there has to be a common understanding of the whole concept. When we have one or a couple of staff members focusing on studifying, it can be more easily organized as well as developed and not everybody has to be aware of all the details. During this pilot, we have formed a studification team: head of degree programme, study counselor and assistant teacher (who knows the degree programme content and subjects, but also the companies).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
