Geralmente, as mudan\u00e7as educacionais no Brasil come\u00e7am dos n\u00edveis mais altos, mas sabemos que a base precisa ser s\u00f3lida para podermos avan\u00e7ar e termos mudan\u00e7as significativas.<\/p>\n<p>Desse modo, o CRIA come\u00e7a a partir do Ensino Fundamental Anos Iniciais como o objetivo de <strong>desenvolver uma base de conhecimento fundamentada em habilidades cognitivas, interpessoais e intrapessoais, e o estudo de l\u00ednguas estrangeiras modernas. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Um modelo de escola em per\u00edodo integral, com m\u00e9todo did\u00e1tico e\u00a0administrativo pr\u00f3prios, conforme regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, observada a Base Nacional Curricular Comum, tendo conte\u00fado pedag\u00f3gico voltado para forma\u00e7\u00e3o de indiv\u00edduos protagonistas e conscientes de seus valores sociais direcionados ao pleno exerc\u00edcio da cidadania.<\/p>\n<p>Com o objetivo de transformar a pedra angular da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica e transmitir capacidades e elegibilidade para os anos finais do ensino fundamental e\u00a0para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal e profissional, ajudando aos estudantes a identificarem as suas for\u00e7as pessoais e a construir o seu futuro aprendendo.<\/p>\n<p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o do CRIA tem, portanto, tem a miss\u00e3o de impactar toda a comunidade escolar dessas escolas. Seja atrav\u00e9s de programas para seus gestores, professores, alunos ou a comunidade na qual a escola est\u00e1 inserida. Podemos resumir os objetivos do CRIA nos seguintes pontos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ofertar o ensino integral para crescimento dos estudantes enquanto ser humano e membro da sociedade;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Promover o bem-estar e o aprendizado para a vida;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aplicar os conhecimentos e habilidades requeridos pela Base Nacional Comum Curricular &#8211; BNCC;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Apresentar a l\u00edngua estrangeira como ponte para o mundo;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Formar cidad\u00e3os \u00e9ticos, aut\u00f4nomos e capazes de gerenciar projetos para buscar solu\u00e7\u00f5es para seu cotidiano e para a sociedade.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Hoje, a Rede Estadual conta com duas escolas CRIA situadas em duas comunidades pobres na cidade de Jo\u00e3o Pessoa. Durante este ano de 2019, pudemos perceber o desenvolvimento dos alunos e da comunidade escolar em v\u00e1rios aspectos, sejam atitudinais, cognitivos e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o mais efetiva dos respons\u00e1veis pelos alunos.<\/p>\n<p>No momento, pode parecer pouco, mas ao longo de um ciclo de 5 anos, sabemos que o CRIA ter\u00e1 semeado e cuidado de muitas sementes que ser\u00e3o germinadas para al\u00e9m dos muros da escola: ajudaremos no desenvolvimento de cidad\u00e3os ativos por sua comunidade local e global.<\/p>\n<p>(Summary in English below.)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" Reference Center (CRIA) of Para\u00edba was born after we joined in <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hamk.fi\/global-education\/paraiba-in-the-center-of-international-training-and-social-well-being\/\">the Gira Mundo Finland -programme<\/a> at HAMK University of Applied Sciences, and visited Finnish schools. Each school touched us very much, and we began to dream of providing such an educational experience locally at Para\u00edba to Brazilian students and teachers as well.<\/p>\n<p>Generally, educational changes in Brazil start from the highest levels, but we know that the foundation needs to be solid in order to move forward and make significant changes. Thus, CRIA starts from the early years elementary school with the goal of developing a knowledge base grounded on cognitive, interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, and the study of modern foreign languages. The pedagogical content is focused on the formation of protagonist individuals, and pay attention to social values and the full exercise of citizenship.<\/p>\n<p>We can summarize CRIA&#8217;s objectives in the following points:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Offer integral education for student growth as a human being and member of society;<\/li>\n<li>Promote well-being and learning for life;<\/li>\n<li>Apply the knowledge and skills required by the Common National Curriculum Base (BNCC) of Para\u00edba, Brazil;<\/li>\n<li>Present the foreign language as a bridge to the world;<\/li>\n<li>Train ethical citizens, autonomous and capable of managing projects to seek solutions for their daily lives and for society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Today, the State Network has two CRIA schools located in two poor communities in the city of Jo\u00e3o Pessoa. During this year 2019, we were able to perceive the development of students and the school community in various aspects, be they attitudinal, cognitive and the most effective participation of those responsible for the students.
