Ce programme d\u2019un an, avec 60 participants, vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences des experts p\u00e9dagogiques en mati\u00e8re de la r\u00e9forme de l\u2019\u00e9ducation professionnelle, la gestion et la p\u00e9dagogie. En avril dernier, 17 chefs de projet ont fait un voyage \u00e9ducatif en Finlande.<\/p>\n<p>La semaine d&#8217;\u00e9tude finlandaise avait pour objectif d&#8217;approfondir et de d\u00e9velopper les projets de d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9gionaux des participants, et de partager des pratiques, des id\u00e9es et des projets d&#8217;avenir avec des sp\u00e9cialistes finlandais de l&#8217;enseignement professionnel. La visite comprenait observation et dialogue dans plusieurs \u00e9tablissements \u00e9ducatifs: L\u2019institut culinaire, de tourisme et de commerce <a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=fi&amp;prev=_t&amp;sl=en&amp;tl=fr&amp;u=https:\/\/perho.fi\/en\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Perho<\/a> (Helsinki), <a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=fi&amp;prev=_t&amp;sl=en&amp;tl=fr&amp;u=https:\/\/en.salpaus.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l\u2019Institut de formation professionnelle<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=fi&amp;prev=_t&amp;sl=en&amp;tl=fr&amp;u=https:\/\/en.salpaus.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Salpaus<\/a> (Lahti), <a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=fi&amp;prev=_t&amp;sl=en&amp;tl=fr&amp;u=https:\/\/www.kktavastia.fi\/briefly-in-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l\u2019Institut de formation professionnelle <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=fi&amp;prev=_t&amp;sl=en&amp;tl=fr&amp;u=https:\/\/www.kktavastia.fi\/briefly-in-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tavastia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=fi&amp;prev=_t&amp;sl=en&amp;tl=fr&amp;u=https:\/\/www.hamk.fi\/%3Flang%3Den\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HAMK<\/a> et l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=fi&amp;prev=_t&amp;sl=en&amp;tl=fr&amp;u=https:\/\/hami.fi\/in-english\/%3Fcn-reloaded%3D1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Institut de formation professionnelle de <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=fi&amp;prev=_t&amp;sl=en&amp;tl=fr&amp;u=https:\/\/hami.fi\/in-english\/%3Fcn-reloaded%3D1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">H\u00e4me<\/a> &#8211; HAMI (H\u00e4meenlinna). Les visiteurs ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=fi&amp;prev=_t&amp;sl=en&amp;tl=fr&amp;u=https:\/\/www.oph.fi\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l&#8217;Agence Nationale de l&#8217;\u00c9ducation<\/a> de la Finlande.<\/p>\n<p>Les sujets d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e9taient la r\u00e9forme nationale de l\u2019enseignement professionnel finlandais, la mise en place des parcours d\u2019\u00e9tudes individualis\u00e9es et la collaboration avec les partenaires de la vie active. La motivation et le conseil des \u00e9tudiants, la pr\u00e9vention de l\u2019exclusion sociale ainsi que l\u2019apprentissage num\u00e9rique ayant un sens p\u00e9dagogique ont \u00e9galement suscit\u00e9 des nombreuses questions et des discussions anim\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme de formation se poursuivra \u00e0 travers des projets de d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9gionaux en R\u00e9publique dominicaine et en ligne.
