{"id":803,"date":"2019-08-01T21:00:04","date_gmt":"2019-08-01T18:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.hamk.fi\/global-education\/?p=803"},"modified":"2019-08-15T09:40:11","modified_gmt":"2019-08-15T06:40:11","slug":"collaboration-with-dominican-republic-continues-photo-gallery-from-finnish-study-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.hamk.fi\/global-education\/collaboration-with-dominican-republic-continues-photo-gallery-from-finnish-study-week\/","title":{"rendered":"Collaboration with The Dominican Republic Continues &#8211; Photo Gallery of the Study Visit in Finland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>H\u00e4me University of Applied Sciences (HAMK) continues <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hamk.fi\/global-education\/the-dominican-republic-and-finland-new-training-programme-for-educational-developers\/\">the transnational programme of educational leadership<\/a> together with <span lang=\"fi\">Instituto Nacional de Formaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnico Profesional (INFOTEP) from The <\/span>Dominican Republic. The one-year programme with 60 participants aims to further develop pedagogical experts\u2019 competence in vocational education reform, management and pedagogy. In last April, 17 team leaders made an educational excursion to Finland.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the Finnish study week was to deepen and further develop the participants&#8217; regional development projects and share practices, ideas and future plans with Finnish specialists of vocational education. The visit included observations and dialoguing in several educational institutions: <a href=\"https:\/\/perho.fi\/en\/home\/\">Perho Culinary, Tourism and Business College<\/a> (Helsinki), <a href=\"https:\/\/en.salpaus.fi\/\">Salpaus Further Education<\/a> (Lahti), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kktavastia.fi\/briefly-in-english\/\">Tavastia Vocational College<\/a> (H\u00e4meenlinna), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hamk.fi\/?lang=en\">HAMK<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/hami.fi\/in-english\/?cn-reloaded=1\">H\u00e4me Vocational Institute<\/a>. The visitors were also invited to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oph.fi\/en\">National Agency of Education<\/a>, Finland.<\/p>\n<p>The special topics of interest were the national reform of Finnish vocational education, building individualized study paths and collaboration with working life partners.
